Your studio reservation grants you access to 116 Morningside Dr SE, Albuquerque NM. The studio is private and you will have exclusive access during your rental. Please be respectful of the professional environment and space during your reservation.

LICENSE DURATION

Please show up promptly at your scheduled reservation time. Be sure to consider setup, breakdown, and clean-up time when booking your reservation. No extra time will be granted to set up, take down equipment, or clean the space. Because we will often have back-to-back bookings, we ask that you make sure to remain aware of others and leave enough time at the end of your reservation to clean up. If you go over your allotted reservation time, yes even 5min. You will be charged a full hour at $75. Each hour or part thereof thereafter will be charged at a rate of $75.00-$125.00 per hour. If you feel you need more time you can call us and we can check if there is room for you.

RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

Studio rental is by appointment only. Once your reservation request and payment is submitted, we will approve your reservation via email within 24 hours. In the event that your request is not approved, your reservation fee will be refunded.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Studio rental fees are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. You can reschedule or cancel your reservation with no additional charge at any time, up to 24 hours before your reservation is set to begin. Upon cancellation you will receive a credit for the amount of hours booked that can be applied to future rentals. Credit will expire 1 month from the date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation date and time will be charged the full studio rental fee. This fee is non-refundable.

DAMAGE & CLEANING

As soon as your booking is over, the studio should be cleaned up, equipment put back and furniture returned to its original place. All trash should be placed in trash cans provided.(Please Recycle and keep waste to a minimum!!!) Cleaning supplies are provided by the studio. A cleaning fee of $75.00 will be assessed if the studio is not left in the order you received it in.  Additionally, since we are now an automated studio. Blinds must be closed upon exiting. Stereo turned off, all lights turned off, and front / back doors, closed / locked. If any of these steps are not taken a $25-$75 Fee will be accessed. Renters are liable for any and all damage caused to the studio including, but not limited to, any spills, scratches, excessive wear and tear, and marks or stains on furniture, fixtures, floors, and painted surfaces. If you damage the walls or space in any way, you are responsible for the cost of repairs.

INVENTORY

You will have complete access to the studio space as well as the furnishings, accessories and props listed on our equipment page. Please do not stand on furniture or counters. Do not drag items around the studio space, please lift. The space also includes amenities such as free Wifi and coffee. No lighting equipment is included with the base space rental. We understand accidents happen but, you are responsible for any damage to studio equipment during your reservation.

PARKING

There is plenty of free parking available on the street in front of the studio. Please be mindful and remove valuables from your vehicle. We are not responsible for damage or theft.

RESTRICTIONS

Please no candles, open flames, smoke machines, or smoking is permitted at the studio. No animals are allowed (other than service animals) or written requests approved by the studio manager. No nails, pins or tape on the walls or floors. When playing music, please be considerate of the other businesses and keep your music volume down.

CYC WALL

The cyclorama is a structure that has a smooth transition from a vertical to a horizontal plane and is designed for taking photos and videos on it. Absolutely no walking or stepping on the gradient (smooth transition from vertical to horizontal) part of the wall, or damage will occur. In case of damage to the cyclorama such as deep dents, breaks, cracks, or scuffs. Any other damage to the gradient or working coating of this structure a fine will be charged. This will require professional work and repairs to restore the surface which can range between $400-1,000, in the case you will be charged for repairs. The CYC wall comes as is, there may be marks on the floor. If you require a fresh white surface, a $200 paint fee is available.
